Our Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Natural SO is a single origin Arabica from the Yirgacheffe region in Ethiopia, grown in the Gedeb and Chelbesa areas at high altitudes of around 1900 – 2050m above sea level. Naturally processed and dried in the cherry, this coffee brings forward vibrant berry sweetness, lively acidity, and a beautifully expressive fruit character.
In the cup, you’ll notice flavours of berries, chocolate, coconut, and lime. The experience is reminiscent of a Cherry Ripe, with strong blueberry notes, bright acidity, and a lighter-to-medium body. It has a fruity, subtle aroma, with the blueberry character carrying through from the first sip to the finish.
This is a great choice for coffee drinkers who enjoy fruit-forward coffees with a pronounced acidity. It’s especially suited to cold brew and pour-over brewing, where the berry notes, clarity, and natural sweetness can really shine.
