Description
Brazil Sul de Minas Bourbon Natural SO — Single Origin Roasted Coffee
Our Brazil Sul de Minas Bourbon Natural SO is a single origin Brazilian coffee made from Arabica beans grown in Southern Minas Gerais, one of Brazil’s best-known coffee producing regions. Grown at altitudes of around 900–1000 MASL and naturally processed, this coffee has the smooth body, low acidity, and rich depth that Brazil coffee beans are loved for.
In the cup, you’ll notice flavours of cherry, black tea, and dark chocolate. It’s a full-bodied, traditional-tasting coffee with smoky depth, gentle cherry sweetness, and a smooth, rounded finish. The aroma leans toward dark chocolate, giving it a rich and comforting character from the first brew.
How We Roast & Brew
We roast Brazil Sul de Minas Bourbon Natural SO to a medium-dark roast profile, highlighting its body, chocolate character, and classic coffee depth. It’s a great choice for drinkers who enjoy a fuller, more traditional cup with lower acidity and a smooth, dark chocolate finish.
This single origin coffee works beautifully as espresso, long black, plunger, and milk-based coffee, while still offering enough sweetness and structure for filter brewing. If you enjoy smooth Brazilian coffee with chocolate notes and a full body, this is a lovely choice.
