Costa Rica Coto Brus SO — Single Origin Roasted Coffee
Our Costa Rica Coto Brus SO is a certified organic single origin from Coto Brus in the Puntarenas region of southern Costa Rica, near the border with Panama. Grown at altitudes of around 1200 – 1600m above sea level, these Arabica beans are honey processed, a method closely associated with Costa Rican specialty coffee where some of the coffee fruit mucilage is left on the bean during drying. This helps bring out a smooth sweetness, rounded body, and clean complexity in the cup.
In the cup, you’ll notice flavours of honey, lemon, and black tea, with a comforting balance of savoury and sweet notes. It has a black tea aroma, pleasant acidity, and a smooth, full body. The experience is like a sweet black tea with lemon — warm, balanced, and easy to enjoy.
