|How is it made?||Pu’erh is made from a large leaf plant named Camellia Sinensis and undergoes microbial fermentation after the leaves have been dried and rolled. This tea is produced in Yunnan Province, China.|
|Preparation||1-2 tablespoons in 250mL water at 90°C, steep for 1 minute.|
Pu’erh is very forgiving when it comes to preparation. You can steep it for 30 seconds or 30 minutes, and it won’t get too bitter or too strong, but rather the taste becomes lighter or heavier, maintaining a consistent depth and quality.
