Kenya Peaberry SO limited release roasted coffee beans is for lovers of bright, sweet coffees, and anyone who uses paper filters for their home brewed coffee. This medium roasted Kenya Peaberry is intense in sweetness, with rich creaminess that reminds us of lemon meringue pie. It’s full of fruit – with notes of nectarine – and gorgeous acidity that you can mellow out with paper filter brewing or to make an AMAZING cold brew.

This coffee bean is not an organically grown coffee, but has been grown ethically and sustainably.

What is a peaberry coffee bean?

Kenya Peaberry SO is made from arabica peaberry coffee beans. Peaberry is the term given to a coffee seed that developed as a single seed inside its cherry (rather than as a couple) due to a naturally occurring mutation present in this variety. This unique single seed development permits the coffee cherry to concentrate all of its nutrients and, as a result, flavour into a single seed.
