Rooibos Tea (Redbush) is a popular herbal tea native to South Africa and well known for being naturally caffeine-free. It has a smooth, mild flavour with gentle sweetness and is suitable for drinking at any time of day. Rooibos is typically enjoyed without milk, though honey or lemon may be added. How is it made?	Harvested by hand during the South African summer. The branches are cut, oxidised to develop the red colour, dried, and processed for brewing.
Preparation	1-2 teaspoons, 250mL water at 100°C, steep for 3–5 minutes. Can be enjoyed plain or sweetened with honey.
Tasting Notes	Smooth and mellow with light earthy tones and natural sweetness. Subtle notes of honey and vanilla.
