- Put 24g of medium-finely ground coffee in the coffee basket after grinding.
- Don’t cover the water reservoir; just fill it with water up to the release valve.
- Place for 4-6 minutes on low to medium heat.
- Take the espresso off the fire, pour, and enjoy when the upper chamber is 80% full.
Enjoy espresso on its own or in combination with other foods. For a flat white, add steamed milk, and for a long black, add hot water.
